Strict Time Schedule
An existing hospitality boat required a full refurbishment and refit to a very high standard.
The client had been let down by a specialist contractor who was to make structural repairs to the fabric of the vessel.
Cardinal received the boat 4 weeks later than planned and had additional works to complete due to other contractors letting the client down.
As tickets for the boat had already been sold, meaning that the handover date was fixed, the Cardinal team worked long shifts to ensure that the project was completed in time for the voyage.
The project involved multiple stakeholders so collaboration, coordination and communication was key throughout the works.
Works were completed over the boats two levels to deliver high end catering facilities, amenity spaces, a VIP room, bespoke bar, a greeting area and two different seating areas for diners to enjoy.
The finish was extremely high with curved walls, gloss wall panelling and 15kms of Oak slats being used as part of the nautical design. The project was finished with the supply of the FF&E package which included a baby grand piano.
